The Tachiyomi extension for MangaDex was updated a few hours ago to use the .cc domain. If you update, you will be able to read on Tachiyomi again. The domain used in the extension will probably be changed back once the .org domain is working again. Tested here and it seems to be working, had to log again to be able to search..
