2024 Gotrax scooter not working

The problem is that I went around my entire block. Almost half the time I had to manual kick which gets really tiring. I can’t imagine going more than 1 mile manually kicking half the time. I've had this issue very occasionally with my GXL. I'll engage the throttle and get no acceleration, even with a rolling start.. Bald pat sajak

By accident I pushed it backwards and lifted the front wheel off the ground and pressed the accelerator and it ran.
