EXPEDITION. 1997-2007. FORD. EXPLORER.Ken I finally got back to my AC problem with my 97 explorer (heat and max AC only). i pulled the actuator off and verified that the actuator works/moves. However when I inspected the chamber or D shaped slot where the actuator pin inserts I found that the slot/chamber is fully intact.
