Sounds bad. In my experiences, they have always been fast, polite, and do a great job. I only go in for oil changes and I'm usually in and out in under 20 minutes. Plus, they never try to upsale me. On the bad side the people who work here are scoundrels and will try to cheat you or get you to pay for services you do not need. You must stay on top of them!! They claim that their computer systems (between locations,) are not tied in together and will try to get you redo services that you did at another location.Jiffy lube at this location, is my favorite for an oil change, hands down.
